That the Head of Legal and Democratic Services in consultation with the Head of Environmental and Community Services make and publicise an area specific Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) to make it an offence to drink alcohol after being required by an authorised officer not to do so; and to enable authorised officers (including community safety patrol officers, police constables and police community support officers) to request individuals to stop drinking and surrender any alcohol in their possession including opened or sealed containers.
