The Transport Strategy, set out in Appendix One, has been prepared in partnership with Hampshire County Council (HCC) as the Local Highway Authority (LHA) with the support of the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP). It is intended to support the delivery of the Adopted Local Plan and draws upon a number of pieces of technical work and consultations to inform wider projects. It will also assist in the preparation of a new Local Plan.
